Organoid High-Throughput Bioprinting System

The Organoid High-Throughput Bioprinting System, independently developed by bioGenous, is an automated platform designed for standardized organoid plating and construction. This system is suitable for a wide range of applications, including the construction of organoid biobanks and high-throughput drug screening. It facilitates high-precision, high-throughput plating of organoids derived from various tumour and normal tissues, thereby accelerating the advancement of organoid-based technologies in drug discovery and precision medicine.

Printing of 293T Cells and Lung Adenocarcinoma Organoids

 

The Organoid Bioprinter was employed by bioGenous customers to print 293T cells and lung adenocarcinoma organoids, and the coefficient of variation (CV) was measured by the bioGenous LivingCell-FluoTM Organoid Vitality Assay Kit (#E238004) to evaluate the consistency and precision of the printing. The results indicated that the Organoid Bioprinter delivers significantly superior performance compared to manual printing in terms of consistency and accuracy.

Assessment of Growth Consistency for Colorectal Cancer Organoids Printed by the Organoid Bioprinter

 

The identical colorectal cancer organoid samples were uniformly distributed into four wells via the Organoid Bioprinter, and the growth of organoids in these wells was monitored over three days using the bioGenous LivingCell-FluoTM Organoid Vitality Assay Kit (#E238004). By comparing the growth curves, it was demonstrated that the growth curves for organoids in all four wells were consistent, indicating that the Organoid Bioprinter provides excellent printing consistency

 

Precise Plating and High-Throughput Drug Screening for Colorectal Cancer Organoids

 

The accurate and stable printing of organoids is crucial for obtaining reliable and consistent experimental results. The high-throughput organoid bioprinting system provides superior plating precision compared to manual methods, ensuring accurate and reliable experimental results for drug testing. Using this system, colorectal cancer organoids were printed in a 96-well plate and cultured for 6 days (growth process shown in Figure B). Subsequently, three drug screening experiments were conducted, with the drug sensitivity curves showed in Figure D, demonstrating stable and consistent drug sensitivity results
