Using the 3D Cell Clone Selection System to select organoids in good growth conditions provides more reliable experimental assurance for drug testing and organoid line construction. Figure A shows microscopic images of human small intestine organoids and human trachea organoids selected using this device. Subsequently, the selected organoids were individually digested for standardized cultivation, with the cultivation results shown in Figure B, demonstrating the reliability and efficiency of the 3D Cell Clone Selection System.
