On August 22, 2023, Ms. TIAN Ling, the Deputy Mayor of Aubervilliers, France, led a delegation to visit Dezhou for an inspection and investigation of the biomedical industry. During their visit, they were warmly received by relevant leaders including TIAN Weidong, Secretary of the Dezhou Municipal Party Committee, QI Xiaoqing, Member of the Standing Committee of the Dezhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Tianqu New District Party Working Committee, and others.
