Organoids are tissue cultures formed by three-dimensional in vitro cultivation of adult stem cells or pluripotent stem cells. Compared to other in vitro and in vivo models, organoids can closely mimic tissue structure, molecular subtypes, and physiological cell composition. They have been widely used in areas such as disease mechanism research, high-throughput drug screening, new drug development, and personalized treatment.
To address the challenges of organoid culture, bioGenous officially launched its "Developing Organoids - bioGenous Organoid Technology Training Program" starting in October. This training combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, providing instruction on organoid culture techniques, technologies, and applications. Participants also engage in practical operations, including primary extraction of mouse intestine organoids and tumor organoid culture, mastering the skills needed to culture both normal and tumor organoids, facilitating efficient scientific research for researchers.
